One contractor instead of six phone numbers

The hardest part of a whole-house refresh is not any single trade — it is the sequencing. Flooring before or after paint, trim before or after flooring, who moves the outlet in the wall that is coming out.

We take that on. You get one schedule, one point of contact and one company responsible for the result, including the structural engineering when a wall needs to come out.

Frequently asked questions

Can that wall come out?

Sometimes yes, sometimes yes-with-a-beam. We check what is above and inside it before quoting, and we involve an engineer when the load path calls for it.

Do we need to move out?

Usually not. For whole-floor work we phase the job and set up dust protection, though a week or two away during floor sanding or major demolition makes life easier.

How do you handle older homes?

Carefully. Older homes hide surprises: knob-and-tube wiring, out-of-level floors, undersized framing. We allow for investigation and tell you what we find before it becomes a change order.

Do you do commercial interiors?

Yes — we handle residential and commercial construction and remodeling, including fit-outs and exterior facia work.
