Wire it now, decide the kit later

The expensive part of home automation is almost never the equipment. It is the labour to run cable through a finished house or under a finished patio.

During a build, sleeving and cabling costs very little. We plan the runs, sleeve under hardscape and pull cable while the walls are open — so you can install the gear now or in three years, at your pace.

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply the equipment as well?

We plan and install the infrastructure, and coordinate with specialist AV and security installers for equipment and configuration. That way you get people who do that work every day.

Is it worth wiring if I am not installing yet?

Almost always. Conduit and cable during a build is a small line item. The same work later can cost many times more and means opening finished surfaces.

Will outdoor speakers annoy my neighbours?

Not if they are positioned properly. More, smaller speakers at low volume covers a patio far better than two loud ones aimed across the yard.

Can this be added to an existing patio?

Yes, but it means cutting or trenching. If a patio or driveway is being built now, sleeve it now.
