How long does a deck take to build?
Most single-level decks take about one to two weeks on site once permits and materials are in place. Multi-level and elevated builds take longer.
Do I need a permit for a deck?
Raised decks almost always require a permit and inspection in York County. We handle the application and meet the inspector.
How long will my deck last?
A properly built pressure-treated deck should give 15 to 20 years with maintenance; capped composite boards typically carry 25-year-plus warranties. The frame matters as much as the boards.
